The Scales Don't Tell You Everything


The next time you feel discouraged because the scales aren't showing any weight loss despite the fact you've been exercising, remember you may have gained muscle and burnt fat, and since fat loss is the goal, not muscle loss, the scales are not always the best way to measure progress.

Change Something


If you eat what you've always eaten, you will weigh what you've always weighed...so change something!
